Our Day Hire Runs From April-October and is weather permitting

Hygiene



All castles and extras will be clean and sanitised prior to your hire.

Hire Time



We aim to deliver you hire package between 8.00 am - 11.00 am. Collection is same day from 5 pm, unless you have extended your hire time.

    • Day Hire Terms

    Our outside hire is available between April-October, providing the following criteria can be met

    1.    The weather forecast for the day is in-keeping with our usual outside hire conditions.


    2.    Access to the garden is via a side gate or garage with step free access.

    We will happily hire to secure, dry outbuildings that are not lived in.


    3.    Garden area to be clear of animal mess/stones on grass prior to our arrival. We refuse the right to set up the equipment should this term not be adhered to.


    4. We can not hire on gravel or shingle.


    5. Should we need to cancel the hire due to the weather, a full refund will be offered.


    6. We can look to re schedule should the weather not allow the hire to go ahead.


    7. Should the hirer wish to cancel, your deposit is transferable for 3 months but non-refundable.


    8. These Terms and Conditions are agreed by placing a booking.
